Animal is one of the main elements in Bubble Witch 2 Saga can be found in animals levels. They first appear in episode 2, Pumpkin Fields, with first level being level 11.

- All animals are inside the shield.
- After removing all bubbles at top of shield or hitting them directly with special bubbles, animals will be rescued, and shields will transform into the bubbles and give to the player more score.
- There are three types of animals and each animal is trapped in different amount of shields.
- Rat - 1 shield
- Frog - 3 shields
- Bird - 7 shields
